im using cs4 and i can't access this. the file seems to turn into a unix file. same for the original link.
Alright, I found the problem. After you extract the RAR archive you have to rename the file "scatter_brushes_v1_by_neyRicardo" to "scatter_brushes_v1_by_neyRicardo.ai". Basically you just ad .ai extension. Thanks for commenting.
